If you have never or very rarely encountered an RPG, you might like the heck out of Starfield. It's not a bad game overall, but just one with a game design that's 20 decades old.

A TV show might require an episode or two of table-setting before it becomes great. Starfield, on the other hand, will apparently grind on for upwards of 12 hours before you start seeing what's special. Even if the hundreds of ensuing hours are truly wonderful, that's quite a barrier to entry.

They added DLSS, Brightness and Contrast support and those alone made my game experience much better. Also overall performance is better. I never have had that many issues with the game when it comes to bugs or stability.

Starfield's representation of our little corner of the Milky Way is an impressively faithful rendition of the real thing, boasting planets with realistic textures and models that feature many of the major geological characteristics observed by spacecraft like Cassini and Juno.
